CONCERT REVIEW: COBRA MAN AT ROYALE

The heat wave arrived in Boston with Cobra Man, a self described “power disco” group from Los Angeles, CA. Lost in a simpler time of glitter, synthwave and hairy chests, the band is touring their new EP “New Paradise I,” out on May 19th, the first of two collections from the group coming this year.

CONCERT REVIEW: NOVA TWINS OPEN FOR MUNA AT THE ROADRUNNER

Muna came to Boston with their “Life’s so Fun” tour. Opening the night were Nova Twins, a British rock duo consisting of Amy Love and Georgia South. During their twelve song set, they bring us a high-energy performance and genre-bending sound that blends elements of punk, rock, hip-hop, and electronic music.

CONCERT REVIEW: HALF ALIVE AT THE HOUSE OF BLUES

Half Alive, in support of their new record, Conditions of a Punk, played to a sold-out crowd at the House of Blues on Thursday the 27th. Tessa Violet and Dev Lemons join the artist in support of his headlining tour.
